During Prep Call

  • Our time to review technical setup, discussion structure and questions, amplification, and any outstanding questions you might have before the recording session


Recorded Discussion

  • 45-minute recorded session to create a -30 minute podcast episode

Episode and Social Media Assets Delivered

  • Within five business days of the recorded discussion, Clout for Good will route the edited episode and social media assets for your review

Episode and Social Media Feedback Due

  • Within five business days, you (or whomever you have designated) will provide feedback on the edited episode and social media assets

Episode and Social Media Assets Finalized

  • Within five days of receiving your feedback, Clout for Good will finalize all assets and will notify you of the podcast episode publication date and social media posting dates


Amplification

Clout for Good will use Clout for Good and David H. Dancer social media channels to announce and amplify podcast episodes. We ask that you promote on your social media channels drive listeners to the episode and to build the Clout for Good community. Clout for Good will also announce episodes through its growing email database and within the podcast platforms.

Social Media Posting Schedule

  • Wednesday Episode Live Date — New Episode Post

  • Wednesday After Episode Live Date — Don’t Miss Last Week’s Episode Post

  • On Going - Quotes and Resources Posts

Clout for Good will tag you on all posts, feel free to like, comment repost and reshare as you are able.

Social Media Assets

Clout for Good will provide you with customized social media assets for you to post on your social media to promote your episode. We ask that you post on LinkedIn (at a minimum) and to other channels as you are able and deem appropriate.


Feedback & Referrals

Within two weeks of the episode live date, Clout for Good will send you an email survey to collect feedback on the Clout for Good experience and to obtain referrals of two potential guests to be considered for future Clout for Good episodes.
